Coderembassy Express checkout pro plugin have marvelous feature which is checkout fields settings. you can easily enable/disable fields and re order fields from Pro filed Settings. See below screenshot.
As per this screenshot, we are disable some filed for checkout page. so after save changes those fields are not display to checkout page.
