You can easily enable disable column to using our variation product table plugin. follow below step.
First, you need to go the plugin settings panel and then deselect those column which you are disable for your table. check below screenshot.
After save changes, you will see those SkU and Attributes columns will be disable. see below screenshot.
at this screenshot you can see the SKU and Attribute column are disabled.
