Purchasing & Licensing

One-time payment. Pay once and the plugin is yours to keep and use forever. Your purchase includes 1 year of plugin updates and priority support. After 1 year the plugin continues to work — you simply won't receive new feature updates unless you renew at a discounted rate.

The only difference is the number of production sites you can activate the license on. Personal: 1 site. Business: up to 5 sites. Agency: unlimited sites. All tiers include identical plugin features, updates, and support.

No. Development, staging, and local environments (e.g. localhost, .test, .local domains) do not count toward your activation limit. Only live production sites count.

Yes. Contact our support team and we will arrange an upgrade. You pay only the difference between your current tier and the new tier.

Yes. You can deactivate the license from one site and activate it on a new one at any time, as long as you remain within your tier's site limit.

Compatibility & Requirements

All CoderEmbassy plugins require WordPress 5.8+, WooCommerce 6.0+, and PHP 7.4+. We actively test against the latest stable versions of both WordPress and WooCommerce on each release.

Our plugins are designed to be theme-agnostic and use standard WordPress and WooCommerce hooks. They work with the vast majority of themes. If you experience a conflict with a specific theme, our support team can help troubleshoot.

Yes. Plugins are tested for compatibility with Elementor, Divi, and WPBakery. Gutenberg (block editor) is also fully supported where applicable.

Performance is a core requirement for every plugin we ship. We load assets only on the pages that need them and write efficient database queries. Plugins are regularly profiled for performance impact.

Most plugins support WordPress Multisite. Refer to the individual plugin documentation for details on multisite setup and license activation across a network.

Support & Updates

Email us at support@coderembassy.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days. Attaching a screenshot or error log helps us resolve issues faster.

Updates are delivered automatically through the WordPress admin dashboard, just like any other plugin. Navigate to Dashboard → Updates and click "Update" when a new version is available. Make sure your license key is active to receive updates.

Yes. After your 1-year support and updates period expires, the plugin continues to function exactly as it did. You simply won't receive new updates or support. You can renew at any time to restore both.

Your license key is delivered by email immediately after purchase. It is also available in your purchase receipt. If you cannot find it, contact support with your order details.

Yes — comprehensive documentation is available for every plugin at plugin.coderembassy.com/docs. Each doc covers installation, configuration, feature guides, developer hooks, and a changelog.

Refunds & Billing

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all plugin purchases, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@coderembassy.com and we will process your refund.

Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–5 days to appear on your statement.

Refunds after the 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis. If there is a legitimate reason (such as a bug that our team has been unable to resolve), please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair resolution.

Yes. A VAT/tax invoice is sent automatically to your email address after purchase. If you need a customised invoice (e.g. with your company's billing details), contact billing@coderembassy.com.
