Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any CoderEmbassy plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products. These terms apply to all customers, regardless of location or purchase method.

CoderEmbassy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

License Grant

Upon purchase, CoderEmbassy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your license tier:

License Restrictions

You may not:

• →Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the plugin to any third party
• →Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• →Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (beyond what is permitted by applicable law)
• →Use the plugin to build a competing product or service
• →Share your license key publicly or allow others outside your organisation to use it
• →Use the plugin on more sites than your license tier permits

Agency license holders may install plugins on client sites; however, the license remains with the purchasing agency and clients do not receive transferable license rights.

Purchases & Payments

• →All prices are listed in USD and are one-time payments unless otherwise stated.
• →Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. CoderEmbassy does not store card details.
• →Your license and download are delivered immediately after successful payment.
• →We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.
• →All applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

License Activation

Each plugin requires license activation on your WordPress site. Upon activation, your site URL and license key are sent to CoderEmbassy servers to validate the license. This is necessary to:

• →Verify your license is valid and within the site limit
• →Deliver automatic plugin updates
• →Provide licence-based support

License keys may be transferred between sites within your tier limit. To deactivate a site, use the license management tool in your account or contact support.

Updates & Support

• →All purchases include 1 year of plugin updates and email support from the date of purchase.
• →After 1 year, the plugin continues to function but you will no longer receive automatic updates or support.
• →You may renew your license at a discounted rate to restore updates and support.
• →We aim to maintain compatibility with the latest stable version of WordPress and WooCommerce.
• →Support is provided via email. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
• →Support covers installation issues, bug reports, and configuration questions. Custom development is not included.

Intellectual Property

All CoderEmbassy plugins, documentation, and website content are the intellectual property of CoderEmbassy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use the software — it does not transfer ownership.

The CoderEmbassy name, logo, and all product names are trademarks of CoderEmbassy. You may not use these marks without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to ensure quality and reliability, we do not warrant that the plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party plugin or theme.

We strongly recommend testing all plugins in a staging environment before deploying to a live site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoderEmbassy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or revenue — arising from your use of our plugins, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

CoderEmbassy may terminate your license immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the plugin and delete all copies. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless the termination is without cause within the refund window.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration.
