We stand behind every plugin we build. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

We want you to be completely happy with your CoderEmbassy plugin. This policy applies to all plugins purchased directly from plugin.coderembassy.com.

Eligible Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.
  • The plugin does not work as advertised and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue.
  • The plugin is fundamentally incompatible with a standard WordPress / WooCommerce installation that meets the stated requirements.
  • You were charged more than once due to a technical error.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake (within 30 days, before significant use).

Non-Eligible Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Incompatibility caused by a third-party plugin, theme, or custom code not developed by CoderEmbassy.
  • Dissatisfaction with features that are clearly documented and demonstrated on the product page.
  • Requests based on a change of mind after extended use of the plugin.
  • License renewals that have already been used to receive updates.
  • Purchases where the customer has violated the Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Provide Your Order Details

Include your order number, the product you purchased, and the email address used at checkout.

Describe the Issue

Briefly explain why you are requesting a refund. This helps us improve our products.

Deactivate Your License

Once your refund is approved, please deactivate and delete the plugin from all sites.

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion — for example, if a bundle was purchased and only one component is being returned, or if significant use has occurred but there is a legitimate reason for the request. Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis.

License Renewals

License renewals that have already been applied to extend your updates and support period are generally non-refundable, as the benefit (continued updates and support access) has already been received. If you renewed by mistake before the expiry date, contact us within 48 hours and we will review your request.
